About Me...
I am an experienced, qualified, professional therapist, offering gentle, respectful help for many problems.
I am a member of the General Hypnotherapy Register, The General Hypnotherapy Standards Council and The Hypnotherapy Association. I adhere to professional trading standards strict code of ethics.
I work with clients using a mix of Hypnotherapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Psychotherapy. In addition, I take a holistic approach to healing, paying attention to the connection between mind, body and spirit by looking at diet, lifestyle and mindful attention.
I am committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attend training events to improve my professional skills.
I am currently a Supervisor and Mentor on the Uncommon Knowledge Hypnotherapy Diploma training course, in Brighton.

- Level 2 Certificate in Initial Counselling Skills (CPCAB)
- Understanding & Stopping Addictive Behaviour (Mindfields College)
- Currently studying:-
- City & Guilds Teacher Training (ongoing)
- Naturopathic Clinician in Nutritional Healing (ongoing)
