If you are frequently having moments where you ask yourself “what’s it all for… what’s the point?” then the chances are, you’ve lost your way a little. Sometimes we get so caught up in the day to day workings of life that we can end up feeling disconnected from a sense of meaning.
The need for meaning and purpose is such a fundamental human need, that when life feels devoid of it, a person can experience emotional difficulties like stress, anxiety, excessive worries, anger or frustration.
Coaching can help you to find your way back on track.
Perhaps you are tired of the constant battle with procrastination or limiting beliefs.
Coaching offers you the necessary space to take a look at your life and create strategies for change. It offers important support to help you stay on track with your goals. Part of the coaching process is to also look at areas of your life that work well, or have worked well in the past, so that you can realise your own resourcefulness.
Coaching offers you an impartial supporter so that you can safely explore possibilities. Friends and family can sometimes be a wonderful sounding board, but there are times when it is difficult for them to be impartial. Or maybe you are in a situation where it is not easy to talk to the people that you know. As your coach, I’m on your side, with non-judgemental respect, helping you to get a clear picture. We work together to identify the obstacles that are preventing you from achieving and find ways to overcome them. You are always in charge, though there may be times when you will be gently challenged to push through fears and limiting beliefs.
There are practical issues that can be addressed in a coaching session. We can explore solutions and possibilities in many areas such as:

- and much more.
How does it work?
Sessions can be face to face in my office or held via skype or phone. (If you would prefer to have Life Coaching in a group, visit the Life Coaching Group page for details).
In the initial session we discuss your needs and your goals and develop strategies to help you move in the right direction.
Follow-up work takes place as frequently as you like. Some people like to have daily sessions at first, others prefer weekly. This is to ensure that you have the right support to keep you motivated for your goals. You are always in charge so at any point you can decide to alter the frequency of the sessions.
