Hi, welcome to my bookstore.
I regularly lend books to my clients and students and frequently they decide to buy their own copies. So I’ve decided to add this page to my website so that I can let you know about helpful books or recordings that I would recommend. To make it easier for you, I have linked directly to Amazon so you don’t even need to leave this page in order to buy the book or recording of your choice. Simply hover your curser over the thumbnail and you will see the BUY NOW button. Alternatively, just click the thumbnail and you will be taken straight to the Amazon page.
This month’s recommendation:

The Human Givens collection – Below are 4 self-help books have all been written by Joe Griffin & Ivan Tyrrell who are the founders of the Human Givens (HG) approach to psychotherapy. Having done a large number of professional development work with HG and completed their Certificate of Training, I recommend these books for their simple, straight forward tried and tested approach to psychological and emotional wellness. The HG approach also prides itself on keeping pace with the most up to date scientific information and the authors are always happy to re-model their work accordingly, rather than sticking rigidly to outdated theories, so you can be sure that what you are reading is up to date. My clients find these books very easy to read and very helpful. There are another 2 books by the same authors listed here because I believe that those of you who are interested in human psychology and the business of well being will find them very interesting.
