Well, we can’t always change what is happening in our lives, but we can take a moment to change how we are feeling.

Stop what you are doing. Sit up straight so that you have a good posture. Take a nice deep breath in. As you release the breath out, make it a nice long breath (longer than the in breath). Allow your muscles to relax. Repeat this 5 times.
